New Career Basics

This course, led by Wallace COO Claudia Stallings, is designed for new agents, introducing them to the basic daily tasks, tips in working with buyers and sellers and helping them through the hurdles of a transaction, what steps are involved in a typical transaction, and how to establish their business for success.
The course objectives include: To help new agents better understand how to do their jobs. By the end of the course, students will know what tools they need and the first steps in working with buyers, sellers and other agents. They will understand common situations, and will have been exposed to the most frequently used forms.
