Welcome to Wallace! This onboarding session is designed to introduce new agents to our company’s systems, support structure, and culture. We’ll walk you through everything you need to get started, including:

• Setting up your Wallace tools and accounts

• Overview of essential platforms (WallaceConnect, MoxiWorks, etc.)

• Getting connected with support staff and departments

You’ll also have the opportunity to ask questions, get hands-on guidance, and connect with fellow new agents. Be sure to bring your laptop and login credentials so we can help you get fully set up!
