We’re gearing up for a heavily promoted Open House Weekend the weekend of April 11th & 12th, and we want your listings in the spotlight.

Showcase your listing to home buyers in our area by holding it open during this weekend!

If you’re meeting with potential sellers now, use this set date as a powerful motivator: sign the listing agreement and start prep soon to be included in the Open House Weekend push.

When: April 11th & 12th – Times are up to agent

How to Participate as a Host: Simply go into the MLS and mark your listing as as “Open House” (NOT BROKER OPEN) so that it will be included in our master list. Don’t have a listing at this time? Reach out to your Broker or a fellow WRE agent to see if they might have a property you can hold open.

How Will it Be Promoted: Your Wallace Marketing team will promote the event and included properties through our digital/social channels, via email blast and on our website.
