Welcome to Wallace is a full-day onboarding / orientation experience designed to introduce agents to the Wallace culture, resources, and path to success.

Morning Sessions (All New-to-Wallace Agents) | 10 a.m. until Noon

• 10 a.m. – Our Story with George Wallace 
• 11 a.m. – Orientation with Claudia 
• 12 p.m. – Lunch with Wallace Ancillary Partners

The day begins with an introduction to Wallace’s story, leadership, and people, followed by a comprehensive orientation covering onboarding essentials, training opportunities, technology, marketing support, accounting, and how our departments work together to support agents. The morning wraps up with lunch alongside Wallace’s trusted ancillary partners.

Afternoon Sessions (Agents New to Real Estate) | 1-4 p.m. 

• 1 – 4 p.m. – Foundation Academy *This portion of the day is for agents who are new to real estate. 

The afternoon is dedicated to agents who are new to the real estate industry and focuses on building a strong foundation for launching a successful career. Topics include income planning, business setup, licensing basics, working with buyers and sellers, transaction flow, safety, compliance, and the tools, courses, and resources Wallace provides to help new agents thrive.

Experienced agents are welcome to attend the morning sessions and may depart after lunch if desired.
