Welcome to Wallace is an onboarding / orientation experience designed to introduce agents to the Wallace culture, resources, and path to success.

Morning Sessions (All New-to-Wallace Agents) | 10 a.m. until Noon

• 10 a.m. – Our Wallace Story with George Wallace 

• 11 a.m. – Orientation, Part 1 with Claudia 
• 12 p.m. – Lunch with Wallace Ancillary Partners
• 1 p.m. – Orientation, Part 2 with Claudia 

The day begins with an introduction to Wallace’s story, leadership, and people, followed by a comprehensive orientation covering onboarding essentials, training opportunities, technology, marketing support, accounting, and how our departments work together to support agents. The morning wraps up with lunch alongside Wallace’s trusted ancillary partners. Then, stay for the second half of Claudia’s Orientation session from 1-2 p.m.
