Morning Sessions (All New-to-Wallace Agents) | 9:00 a.m. until 1:00 p.m.
- 9 – 10 a.m. – Our Wallace Story with George
- 10 a.m. – 12 p.m. – Orientation with Claudia
- 12 p.m. – Lunch with Wallace Ancillary Partners
The day begins with a comprehensive orientation covering onboarding essentials, training opportunities, technology, marketing support, accounting, and how our departments work together to support agents. Next, you’ll get an introduction to Wallace’s story, leadership, and people, followed by lunch alongside Wallace’s trusted ancillary partners.
