LeadingRE Heroes is a Leading Real Estate Companies of the World® program designed to support member brokers with a business development tool to help their agents attract and retain business by serving their local community heroes.

Offering a housing benefit to those who serve the community is an excellent way to give back to well deserving professionals, and help grow their market share. With the introduction of the Heroes program, Wallace Real Estate is making a statement to our men and women in uniform: “We value your service, and we want your business.”
How Does the Program Work?
LeadingRE Heroes program offers a credit to the buyer or seller enrolled in the program. The credit can be up to 20% of the represented side commission. There is no additional referral fee paid to LeadingRE. As certain states do not allow payment of such a rebate, it is the broker’s responsibility to understand and adhere to local and state laws on providing the rebate/credit.
For Example: A 3% commission would be reduced by 20% to 2.4%. This is what would be put on a Buyer Representation or Listing Agreement as the agreed commission.
Who is Eligible for this Program?
- Doctors and/or Nurses
- Teachers
- First Responders (Firemen, Police, EMTs)
- Military (active duty, retired, discharged, military family members, Department of Defense civil service employees)

Important Things to Keep in Mind:
- While this program may be beneficial as a marketing tool to help you secure a client, please keep in mind that it may not work for every situation.
- As an agent offering this program, you would be required to reduce your commission by up to 20%.
- Discuss this benefit before signing buyer representation or listing agreement as the reduction will be reflected in the agreed commission.
- As a non-cashback state, Tennessee has rules & regulations about rebates back to customers, however a reduction in commission is permissible. All commissions are negotiated.
